So it seems like when danny bends he uses his left hand first finger to mute some of the strings when possible. Am i right about that? Its not mentioned in the dvd. Theres some great instruction in there though

I have a decision to make, either i buy learn to play GnR who are my favourite band or i save up a couple of months and buy this one. As a beginner to intermediate guitarist wanting to get into lead playing what will benifit the most and is this dvd set worth £80?

@thabanihg Hi there, thanks for getting in touch, at 3.51 secs Danny says this DVD series is more useful not for a raw player but someone who has knowledge of the names of strings, guitar chords and is just starting to take a keen interest in learning lead. Why not try Week 1 dvd first and see how you get on with it?

@rockyoursoulout lolz I live in pakistan too and ordered one via internet using a credit card and having it delivered to my friend in US, who in turn brought it along when he returned. Try not to order and have it delivered to Pakistan directly from their website cause it would never reach ... Tried that once still repenting :(

Danny Gill is undoubtedly the best instructor in Lick Library. We wish to have him do a "Rock RHYTHM guitar" in 6 weeks. Since playing the rhythm is definitely the most important thing. I hope Lick Library consider's this request. Thank you!!

Question: Is this a complete series or just clips? In other words, do I need to get your CD, or can I use this? And, if so, could you please give the correct order? I am interested in starting playing. I've never played before, so I am a total beginner starting from scratch. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@clbaumer you want some advice...get a guitar, look on youtube for some simple chords and scales like the penatonics and some ez songs...then play untill ur fingers feel like there gonna split open and bleed...and if your still intrested and wanna play even tho ur fingers hurt, then spend money on it

Hi, I have 1st week of this dvd and i'm stuck with slash 1 lick. I just can't do that thing in the beginning i guess i it is a unicent bend (i don't know how it calls) and the string is just jumping on my finger nail. I believe it shows you how to do it on 1:21 on this video.

Please if anybody knows about what i am talking please help me.
