Fanntoft is crazy and good fun - yeah one finds all kinds of people. It is a place full of kids and adults. An international place but also a place where naive don't work, u leave your door open a second and your portable computer may get robbed. The Spanish love to play with the fire alarms and the halls stink with cooked foods I doubt a dog would eat, but otherwise it is a place with people and characters that keep u company. Lots of nice people. And lots of jerks too. There is a balance.

I lived in there, and it's a fuckin' ghetto, but a nice ghetto, full of cool people from all around the world, and all around Spain :p That's the important thing of Fantoft.

I've found more cockroaches downtown, and I think I never used the shower, with all that rain... The kitchens were the best places for parties and the furniture was completely fucked up by all that fuckers living in there.

Well, I have lived in Bergen all my life, so yes I have seen the rain ;) ... But what is this "sun" thing everybody's talking about? We have this local legend about a great glowing ball of fire who sometimes apperes in the sky. Sounds like crazy gibberish to me...

Oki let me tell. This is not rassism. I was one of them who make the movie, and its so many different culture in fantoft an that was our point to show people outside that so many culture can live to gether and how they lived to gether, and that they have lots of fun spending their time on fantoft. So that you can see, we was filming tings that they show us, so maby we wasent filming the realy bead things, bout that wasent our point at all.

Well,in fact,Fantoft IS a ghetto area! Lived there in 2006-without any rassism problems, really-but did you think about why they didn't show you the 'living rooms' with their near-to-breakdown-furniture and the dirty walls? The ugly showers? And only those corners where the bikes weren't smashed? Why didn't they tell about the huge insect problems? Cockroaches in the kitchens in almost all blocks, yummie! However, I had a really good time there, most of all BECAUSE of all the different people!

Racism? For goodness sake this is a documentary about Fantoft which is a place for international students so meaning lots of foreigners here. We made this so-called documentary at school with the purpose of giving info to the locals that the place is not a ghetto area as what they perceived but an interesting place with different culture and people. If you think that is racism then I don't know what floats in your boat.
