video is easy enough to follow so thank you for that but your slides you should let people know how hot to have their skillet when cooking the baghrir on medium low medium high? or should we just turn our burners as high as it goes? i've made them before but just some positive feedback. if other people questioned it ya know
I'm so happy! These are very easy to follow recipes and baghrir is the best 'pancake' to eat in the morning, during the day, in the evening, late night snack LOL
Hi I was wondering how to store them in the freezer. I usually pile them face to face and freeze them for when I have guests but Rhenish defrosted I find it hard to part them as they stick? My mum said maybe add butter before piling them, do u have any ideas? Thank sousou x
@amoura289 I honnestly never froze them, but I think you should add butter as soon as they cook, let them cool completely before freezing them. Put a plastic wrap between each one, so they don't stick together.
Salam Sousou I made Beghrir :) it came out very good , I am very happy I can make it now ( my husband loves beghrir, we use to go to his brother to eat it - his wife deos not like to give recipes ??????????? - I dont need it any more , I have yours ***** Thank you for your generosity Saousou ;))
