you people just need more FIBER in your diet....a promise in a pill wont help you if you put 100% faith in that promise and 0 effort into your diet....remember...to loose weight...you need DIET AND EXERCISE..supplements are just a little help...like a winch on a Jeep..it wont pull you out on its own but if you put your foot down that little tug will get you out of trouble........................................

actually i did just excercise... and not diet too bad, and i noticed a considerable difference... Honestly fierce girl.. what do you expect without diet or excercise.... give it some effort at least.
