Great video! Very helpful and insightful. I need to think logically, step by step. In this instance for example, I immediately thought that to increase sales, Boston Tea should throw a promotional Party, but obviously that would be skipping ahead. It could also be risky in an interview to come up with such a solution, for a variety of reasons.
