I play this with max settings with my radeon 5770 graphics card and it runs amazingly smoothly. I also love my quad core i7-870 processor :-). I actualy found the 870 to be faster than MOST of the 900 series.obviosly not the 6 core lol. if ur graphics is equal to radeon 5770, u should be good.

ok, maybe its not so easy: surely theyre good for watching movies, but to do that i prefer my fullhd 40 " lcd flatscreen tv,with a dolby surround audio system. if youre in for pc gaming,4:3 are waaaay better, they got higher resolutions, and also the field of view is much more similar to the human one (despite what many say)..the catch is, you need a powerful enough system to support the better graphics..

When are people gonna learn, playing it in xp in DX9 and at a res of 1280 x 1024 does NOT count as max settings. My Core i7 at 3.4GHz and 295GTX cannot max out crysis at a solid 60FPS in DX10. When you can constantly run at 60FPS you are maxing it.

Are you sure I got the Galaxy KFA2 GTX 260 on purpose because I found it was actually faster the the GTX 280 when it's over-clocked which it does come pre over-clocked but I did make it even faster with a few tools off the net so its now super over-clocked, also it is cheaper than the GTX 280 however it did take some hunting to find the Galaxy's KFA2 edition since im in New Zealand and this is a special edition of the GTX 260.

Yes. Depends on what mac though, I can only run this at 1280x800 medium settings on my 13" MacBook Pro on the integrated 9400m w/ 4gb ram and 2.53 Ghz core 2 duo. I get anywhere from 12-22 fps...any worse mac and you probably can't play it. Mac Pros can probably run this no prob, especially if you change out the GPU for a 280 GTX.
