Most of these renovations seem like they are not needed. It appears that you are only adding hallway space not not any class room space. Also what is this going to cost to the property owners in Bellows Falls. I think at this time these funds would be better suited for actual educational purposes, like more teachers that will enhance the quality of real education. Any left over funds should go to making bellows falls a better place for businesses and job growth.
