There was a basement bar on the top of Bridge Street in Vail Colorado called "the Slope." During the 80's they would play this cartoon like ten times a night, people loved it! I didn't get the appeal then and I still don't get it now?

I had forgotten that it was shown with 'Bambi vs Godzilla.' Muchos Gracias for reminding me. For those who haven't seen it, check out the original B&W version on YouTube at watch?v=ZpBkc2jK-6w (there are many other versions but IMO you can't beat the original). It's even shorter than 'Thank you Masked Man' - 1:30. I first saw them together in a theater in the early 70's, preceding John Waters' "Pink Flamingos" starring Divine - what a mind blowing combo!

Oh, WOW! I saw him do this playlet LIVE at the Unicorn on Sunset Strip in the early 1960s. I laughed so hard my face ached for days. My nerdish date was grossed out at my taste in humor, so I dropped him. But I've NEVER stopped loving Lenny Bruce! He was wayyyyy ahead of his time, and the squares persecuted him for it.
