  • this kind part never show on the “COPS”

  • Cops fault. Because there was hardly any traffic & speeding & not flashing his "emergency" lights & I wonder if the cop was just showing off for the other cop that was recording? Hmm?

  • OK, from the tape, it doesn't appear to me there were any lights flashing on the Police car.

It's also obvious the teens had underestimated the closing speed of the Police vehicle.

Police vehicle or not, this was a contribution of the inexperienced teens.

In the end, it was a traffic accident which cost lives and would have impacted on all involved, all of whom were not acting in any way dishonourably, they were just unfortunate enough to encounter each other at that intersection.

  • @swagonwheels Unfortunate accident?... cop was speeding... he is at fault! anyone would have understimated at that speed...

  • @vaguayo1979 Yes, it seems you are correct, I missed the comments at the top. This changes everything, this was absolutely the Police Officers fault.

  • @swagonwheels unusual and commendable for someone to admit when they are wrong

  • @cardigan3000 I believe in democrasy, I have a right to be wrong, lol.

  • P.S. it wont let me post a video of a man that was drunk and killed a Deputy with two kids an a wife and the drunk was a habitual offender. (DUI)

  • Dont know what the laws are their where the video was shot but he should have had his lights on for safty reguardless of the reason. We deal with the scum of the earth everyday an at their worst so excuse us for being a little strict. It was an accident. We're human beings also we make mistakes and so dont you. did this man get manslaughter? No! but it was an accident only the cop was sober.

  • Don't let a few bad eggs ruin it for other officers around the nation. Police Officers put their lives on the line every day and the average person couldn't handle the tasks of a police officer. GIVE IT UP FOR THE MEN AND WOMEN IN UNIFORM AND OVER SEA'S WHO MAKE THIS GREAT COUNTRY WHAT IT IS!!

  • This is okay thought. Can you imagine the uproar if these 2 teens killed that pig?

  • @JohnHardwick1976 John glad to see that you are back and still stupid as ever.

  • @CTMotorcop

You are still a stupid pig. Nothing you say matters to me.

  • @JohnHardwick1976 Oh Johnny, please don't get upset. But we do care what you think and say. You know they say even a dumb comment is worth reading

  • @CTMotorcop

Blow me. You are nothing but a worthless pig.Don't you have someone to abuse?Oh yeah blow me.

  • its always the cops faultbecause they think they know whats better even if they take sumones life....cops think their badass cause they got a badge, but before they had badges, they were lil cy baby bitches being bullied all their life....i know, cause i know a few and i went to school with them

  • * I was born in milford and have been dealing with the surrounding arrogant aholes for all my life.

  • @iamtommyv77 Who are the surrounding aholes that you are talking about?

  • Those 2 faggot cops were racing... a perfect example how wreckless unqualified people are put in place to police our states.. its ashame that 99% of the time cops are deemed to be right

  • @iamtommyv77 the cops weren't racing dumbass, and by the shitty ass music we cant tell if the sirens were on or not but still when you have a flashing red light like the passenger did your suppose to stop and yield to oncoming traffic before pulling out, the cops had flashing yellow which means proceed without stopping

  • because if I commit the same crimes that some cops do I get screwed of. yet if a cop commits those crimes he is suspended with pay, sometimes fired then re hired to another PD. its nonsense. its a broken justice system. ill have more respect when they are treated equal to civilians in court and get sent to court. cops need to do their job with policing each other as well. if one pd is protecting a bod cop another pd needs to step in and arrest him or her.

  • @soulluminous MERRY CHRISTMAS

  • @CTMotorcop happy winter solstice.

  • @soulluminous I agree in part...however because of them been members of the justice system, police officers should be held with higher standards. If they are caught speeding without reason, they should pay double the fine to set an example. If they commit a crime, justice should be harsher. These guys are supposed to uphold the law..not break it, therefore punishment should be harsher for them. Just my opinion

  • @MrEbaul, ...thats a thought. I do believe in equality. the inequality shown to civilians vrs cops is unfair and wrong. when that changes my opinion might change.

  • @MrEbaul I have to agree with you partly, we are held to a higher standard and we should also be held more accountable. The problem is that the bad cops( and they aren't as many as people think) get all the limelight and makes all of us look real bad. We need to start policing ourselves if we want the respect for you. On the lighter side how to you double life in prison or the death penalty.

  • @CTMotorcop On life in prison, makes no sense at all to double a life in prison for anyone. Death penalty...no, I don't believe in death penalty not even for a corrupt cop, he is a human just like me but I believe he/she should be fired depending on the crime. Cops are humans, they WILL make mistake, is what you do right after that makes the difference between a corrupt cop or a unfortunate one. The cop in question in this video should be charged and fired.

  • @MrEbaul The cop in this video was fired, and he now is facing two counts of Manslaughter, and one count of reckless driving. His case is still in the courts. I was only joking when I asked how to double a life sentence. I have no use for officer that violate the law or think that it doesn't apply to them. I sat on two termination hearings against corrupt officers, and voted for termination in both cases.

  • @CTMotorcop I see... I stand informed. Thanks

  • @CTMotorcop I took a second look at the video and couldn't help but notice the other car did turn as the cruiser was flying through, and based on what I saw, and I might be wrong, the other vehicle was also at fault for failing to stop..am I wrong? I mean, yes the officer should be charged with reckless driving and manslaughter, but he was not alone on this, the other vehicle should have either stop or yielded, and it was night so they must have seen the lights. I might be wrong!!!

  • @MrEbaul Yes the other vehicle did turn in front of this officer. The other vehicle had a flashing red light while the officer had a flashing yellow light. This wreck was investigated by the CT State Police and even thou the other vehicle did not stop and yeild they felt the excessive speed by the officer was the major factor in the wreck. we will see how this plays out in court

  • @MrEbaul Yes you are WRONG!

  • @Milldabeast519, I just watched this vid on my phone so I didn't see the comments til after it was over but that's the first thing that came to mind. How is it that an officer do 3x

the posted speed limit with no flashing lights and it be ok. I see this all the time where I live and never once have I seen one slow down at an intersection.

  • I think its the teens fault the trafic lights were flashing but they still decided to turn...

  • @golfer15963 yea not the guy doing double the speed limit? im sure we are ALL glad u dont run the world...

  • @milldabeast519 we all hate the feds so its always their fault anyways next time they shuld slow down and go the limit even if someones in trouble

  • @golfer15963 no next time they put there fuckn lights on fool, are u watching the same video?????????

  • @golfer15963 I live in Connecticut and remember this well. The Police did not have his lights on because he was not responding to an emergency. He was showing off for the officer whose dash cam recorded this. I believe that the Officer was travelling in excess of 80 M.P.H. when he hit the other car.

  • Soull***ous,

You seem to get very upset over something this small, I wonder if you have deeper issues and maybe not anger issues directed towards me. Funny I do believe that you were the one that first initiated the conversation and not me.

I wonder what will happen next. How are your privet bushes doing?

  • the pig did not even have its lights on

  • @useless844 I agree with...your user name.

  • It's just so trendy and predictable for the weak-minded to hate the police.

  • definetly deserves any charges he gets.

  • it was dark, the cop was traveling at a dangerously high rate of speed with no flashing lights in the slow lane. the camera car became a 'blocker' obstructing the view from oncoming traffic. in a nutshell... speeding cop- vehicular homicide.

  • the dumb ass kids are totally

     at fault.

  • Let me first say that YES, the cop should not have been speeding like that but the cold reality is the cops speed is not what caused the crash...the crash was caused by the little black car failing to check traffic before crossing the road.;

  • @gnockergnutz he should not have been going 90mph+ ... even if he is a cop it is still illegal... still the cops fault...

  • @Tj1056 < "fault" is a term to describe causation, the "cause" of the crash was the illegal and unsafe left turn by the teens. Take COP out of the equation and you'd likely agree that the kids would still be alive had they not turned into some speeding asshole. By your logic, every time someone drives 90 two kids die???? Speed did not cause the crash, the illegal left on a flashing yellow was. Law states that you MUST stop at flashing yellows before turning, the black car failed and is at FAULT

  • @gnockergnutz well if the cops where not traveling at a "illegal" unsafe speed the whole accident would have been avoided... speed > stupidity wins in this case...

  • wow cam desplay is 70mph and that other police car was going way faster with no lights definateley the cops fault unles ur a pig then ur on the pigs side!!! =D

  • If this was cop's fault there are different trafic orders in Europe.

  • Does anyone on out here really think that Officer Anderson woke up that night to go to work, and said to himself" I think I'll kill a couple of kids tonight"? While I do not condone his actions, I can only hope that all of you that are so dead set against this ex-police officer and all police officers are so perfect.

  • @CTMotorcop who gives a fuck what a pig thought! all pigs are bad pigs because good pigs don't arrest the bad pigs!

  • @soulluminous Cody, You are one screwed up idiot. You continue to act like the big tough guy and you can flex those internet muscles if it make you feel like a real man. Now once you get you head out of your rectum think about my question again.

P.S. What "pigs" arrested Officer Anderson?

  • @soulluminous Still can't answer me can you?

  • @CTMotorcop Please don't send me messages any more.

  • @soulluminous Funny I didn't send you a message. But if you are talking about my comments to you on a public board, too bad get over it

  • @CTMotorcop

here ill define message for you: mes·sage/ˈmesij/ Noun:

A verbal, written, or recorded communication sent to or left for a recipient who cannot be contacted directly.)

I'll ask you one more time. Please dont message me any more.

  • @soulluminous But this is a public board. Now once again did I sent you something directly into your mailbox or channel? NO. So what I post on a open and public board is just that public, and free.

Why don't you show me where and when I first communicated with you?

  • @CTMotorcop this is the last time ill ask. please don't message me. you are directing a message to me and that is still defined as the same. now you are just harassing me. public or privet harassment is the same.

  • @soulluminous < Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message MessageMessage Message Message Message Message Message MessageMessage Message Message Message Message Message MessageMessage Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message Message MessageMessage Message Message Message Message Message Message

  • @soulluminous Hey can I talk to you?

  • @JAP488I whats it about?

  • @soulluminous You seem to not want to talk to people for no reason. I have looked back at all the comments and can't find where you and "ctmotorcop" started your argument. I just find it kind of funny

  • @JAP488I Careful you just might get a harassment complaint filed against you. lol

  • @CTMotorcop Thats funny. eweeeeee, I better be careful so I don't get in trouble. Someone needs to take a nap.

  • @soulluminous Also just what are you going to do if he messages you again? It not like you can send him to his room or anything

  • @soulluminous Why would you say that?

  • WOW! Okay I can see that no matter what I say you guys will misconstrue it. You can't argue with stupid. I stand for taking responsibility and ownership for ones actions. Instead of desperately trying to point a finger at the nearest scapegoat. Try not breaking the law and then cops wouldn't be pushed into situations that you would deem disrespectful. Read a book.

  • OMG! O_o;

    May those teens RIP.

If the squad car had had his lights on, I'd say the teens were at fault, but they weren't, so I blame the officer driving. WTF.

  • @EVAUnit4A < The speeder DID have lights on...HEADLIGHTS. Regardless of "cop" the dumbass driver turned into oncoming traffic before making sure it was safe. F sake, how hard is it to look down the road and see two headlights blasting toward you and, i don't know...NOT FUCKING TURN IN FRONT OFF SPEEDING HEADLIGHTS????

  • messmaster45... it really makes me sad to see that there are still people out there as ignorant and stupid as you. i thought with this country pretty much giving away free education today that most of the idiots have enlightened themselves but i guess i was wrong. how bout keep ur arguments on your mental level.... like middle school or something.. u really gotta get on here and argue with teens?? im guessing you're 45, and u have how many arguing comments on this vid?? get a life

  • and btw, before u make some dumbass comment... i have officers in my family that put their lives on the line everyday to protect and serve. but i can still tell the difference between a cop that abides by the same rules and laws we have to and just another asshole that wants to stroke his ego by doing whatever he damn well pleases.

  • I love to sit back and take in everyone thoughts on this. Some of you are down right funny as all get out.

  • Sigh. You keep pushing cops and they may just stop showing up to calls. Why should they protect a public that obviously doesn't want to be protected. So they should then stop chasing cars unless they know that the person driving is wanted for a serious crime. Never mind that they can't tell who the driver is before hand. So they let the car go because it hasn't committed a serious crime worth chasing. Then the serial killer driving goes on to kill your mom. Hmm... sounds good to me.

  • @messmaster45 y would you admire such reckless individuals as this. that man that u call a police officer just killed 2 innocent teenagers who were probably on their way home just because he knew he could get away with speeding. you're prolly just another douche bag cop trying to justify another douche bag cops actions. that mother fucker should've gotten vehicle murder charges, but instead he got a slap on the wrist in comparison. think about their families first open mouth second dickhead.

  • @messmaster45 Then they shouldn't be cops. They're paid to protect and serve the public. That IS their job. If they can't take it anymore, then it's time for them to stop being paid to be cops. Sounds like you're on a roll with your emotional, extreme and ignorant rant. And then, on top of that, you stand in support of a serial killer going to kill someone's mother. Nice. You might want to get your head checked.

  • What a fuck head this is why I hate cops they think they can do whatever the fuck they want most of the police here don't even follow the road rules!! He deserved more than manslaughter charges!!

  • speeding without his lights on?!!!!!!! wtf.....hope that pig got manslaughter chargers cause that shit is wrong!

  • @jreyes30 Dude... not cool. Okay, he was in the wrong, but NO WAY in hell does a cop EVER deserve to be called a pig! How about I just call you a big fat cow? That slang term is as bad as using racial slurs.

  • @messmaster45 pig the same as a racial slur? lmao. listen just cause you have a soft spot for pigs (the animal) doesn't mean i do. that fucker can die(by die i mean the cop) for all i care.....and its easy for you to defend someone when that shit didn't happen to you. speeding with no lights......yeah definitely his fault!!

  • @jreyes30 Uh... no shit. Of course it's his fault. I argued that point. What I'm against is that term. I don't give a shit that it was his fault. You shouldn't use that term. I hear to many people say "pig this and pig that". It makes you sound like an uneducated dumb ass. After all "pigs"(cops) as you put it, are the people who make sure your family members lives are safe. Of course there will be cops that make mistakes. They are fucking human right?!?!

  • @messmaster45 "They are fucking human right?!?!"

uh, no. Those would be PIGS!!

  • @juarezrt What the fuck is your problem with cops? They bust you for dealing or something? My opinion of you would have to be something between a pedophile and a drug dealer. Also, you trying to deflect by constantly bringing up pigs(the animal) is childish and pathetic. I stopped that shit in my teens. But I digress. To the cops reading this, Thank You for what you do.

  • @messmaster45

    I don't have a problem with cops.

I have a problem with assholes, who happen to be cops. They tend to abuse the great, vast, authority that we have entrusted them with so they can do their job. A job we pay them to do. I call those cops/assholes "PIGS" because it fits.

Nice try with the ad hominem, btw.

  • And yes the other driver was drunk.... does that matter? No. Fault is on both, the officer should not have been going that fast and the other driver should not have been driving drunk.

  • Comment removed

  • @jedirifleman if the fucking cop wasnt going almost 100mph they would have time to cross.

  • Comment removed

  • @jedirifleman Dude, I am a die hard supporter of cops. With that said, this cop was in the wrong. The simple fact is it doesn't matter if the girls were drunk or not(they weren't). The cop was going an excessive speed with no lights on. His speed might even be considered excessive in MY book if he HAD his lights on. It's cops like this that make people not trust law enforcement and it's people that blindly support them that make people bitter. The cop broke the law killing two innocent kids.

  • @messmaster45 Again, how do you know he was speeding? You dont. Cop car 1 with the cam could be doing 15mph. There is no speed display. You would have to go to the scene and measure the distance between utility poles then calculate poles per second and convert to mph. Regardless, even if he were speeding that is only considered a contributing factor and the fault IS STILL on the teens and still FAILURE TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY.

  • @jedirifleman Most dash cams carry a variety of information: if lights are on, microphone on, siren on, speed, etc. This one appears to tell date, time, when he is braking, car number and possibly speed. I am guessing on the last one, but the number next to CAM1 APPEARS to correlate to the speed of the cruiser. Still, if the other cop car was going 94 mph then the car turning would not see him until he was practically on top of them due to his rapid approach(he went faster then they could see).

  • @jedirifleman I can further prove that the number next to CAM 1 is there speed. I cant post the web page but if you look up Officer Richard Pisani, an article states that the officer in the car that recorded it(Richard Pisani) sped up to 72 mph, as indicated by the dash cam. Thus proving that the other officer was going MUCH faster.

  • @jedirifleman "Cop car 1 with the cam could be doing 15mph. There is no speed display." Only if you don't count the speed display at the top of the recording that reads 72m at impact. And that's the speed of the slower of the two cruisers. The other cruiser must have been going at least 90mph to pass at that speed, and with no emergency lights? That's criminally reckless.

  • Comment removed

  • id say the other cop was speeding too at 94 mph he would have blown by the other cop alot faster if he was going 55 or less i dont not know the speed limit of the road they are on.

  • Its definitely the cops fault. He is speeding and he doesn't have his siren lights on!!!

  • It is impossible to properly gauge distance when an opposing car is traveling that fast. I know, I was in a similar situation. The driver of the police cruiser was totally at fault.

  • the light was blinking yellow, that means yield, did he seriously NOT see that car turning? c'mon now! r.i.p. to those poor kids.

  • @NickeeNewYork The kids had a flashing red light and the ex-officer had a flashing yellow light, which does not mean yeild in the State of Connecticut.

Don't get me wrong, this ex-officer was wrong, very very wrong and is now awaiting trial

  • @CTMotorcop it should mean yield in any state, that's the point of a flashing yellow light, but I don't know any other state laws except new york's. I don't really do my homework. And he really is to blame, he shouldn't have been speeding like that, it seems like the kids had already come to a complete stop before making their left hand turn. and trust me, I know what it's like to be hit like that turning left, thankfully I survived it... I really hope he got what he deserved.

  • @NickeeNewYork Like I stated before, I do not condone this ex-officers actions, and the two teens had a flashing RED light, which under CT law requires them to yeild to all traffic. Also his case still has not been docketed and no trial date has been set. Now for a reality check, I knew the young lady in the vehicle.

  • @CTMotorcop no need for hostility. I understand that people, such as yourself, knew the people in the car. I'm not saying anything bad against them. I was just stating that I don't know other states laws.

  • @NickeeNewYork No hostilities, sorry if I portrayed that. I was just making a statement, I also understand where you are coming from. If there is a flashing light logic would dictate that one should slow down and take caution.

  • @CTMotorcop LOL that's the problem with many drivers today. Logic is not first in their minds. Usually it's the damn cellphone.

  • Comment removed

  • It was a horrible accident and it shows the dangers of speeding no matter who you are and what you are doing.

  • dumbass cop-they think that they are entitled to speeding, which they aren't. They are entitled to get to their calls quicker, using precautionary driving skills..clearly which this officer was NOT doing.

  • cop goin to fast, teens turned right in front of him....adds up to a tragic accident,

  • In your face the police fucking fails he was at leat going 95 with no lights like a dumbass xD

  • Wasn't this the incident where he got paid leave at first? Anyways, I really hate the police, for this and personal incidents with them. All I can say is these fuckers will get there's in the end. For all you who say who will protect you? Ill take my chances.

  • Very sad

  • 

  • Some of you are missing the part where the sirens weren't going off and his lights weren't on. Kind of hard to spot a police car coming toward you when they're going at high speed through an intersection and you can't see their lights flashing.

  • should've had his siren on......

  • can we make police funding voluntary yet? b/c i'm tired of paying the salaries of these idiots. i'll take my chances with providing my own security.

  • I dont see were the cops kill this kids. I hate when people always blame the cops.

  • @JIGUANIchao You don't see where the cop killed the kids? 0:09 That's where he kills them. Not too hard to spot.

  • @JIGUANIchao im with you. Im also trying to find the original footage of the dash cam front start to finish, as well as the news reel that woud have stated that the teens were killed. Everyone blames the cops for everything. I got my car impounded. I didnt blame the cop, I found the fault, in DMV. unless I have proof that an officer is wrong, an officer is always right, If an officer is wrong like in my case with the impound, the source of the fault was with someone else. not him.

  • @graytgray This is the full video from the second squad car

  • How do you know she wasn't looking? You can't even see the girl in the video, much less where her eyes are looking. Try to imagine yourself in her position. She's probably made that turn hundreds of times.... she didn't see anything in the near distance... she most likely noticed the cops headlights, but since it was so far away, she made the turn.... she probably didn't realize that he was going 3 times faster than any car should be going on that road.

  • STEVE WARD, AND A BUNCH OF YOU OTHERS ARE ALL WRONG!!

THE COP WAS NOT ON AN EMERGENCY CALL, NO LIGHTS OR SIREN.

STUPID COP 100 PERCENT AT FAULT.

THAT IS WHY HE WAS CHAGED WITH 2 (TWO) COUNTS OF MANSLAUGHTER.. THAT IS GOOD FOR THE LOOSER COP THAT THINKS HE OR SHE CAN TAKE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS. I HOPE HE ROTS IN PRISON..

  • @dsprester They were charge with it but were found innocent. :( Stupid huh? I read it later in the news. It sucks. They were on a call and speeding but they were not reckless enough to be proven that they knew that there driving could of killed. Sadly those kids died and these cops were let loose. Choke on that while you read it.

  • @icehorse1010 all im saying is that its always the cops fault. which is why there needs to be 50/50 laws put into place.

and people pretty much ALWAYS blame the cops for this stuff without looking at all the things surrounding the situation. ie the light, and making a left turn. Im not saying the kids were stupid, but im not saying it wasnt the cops fault 100 %

  • The cop was on his way to a gay bdsm club, and high on meth. When the paramedics got there the cop was barely conscious, and dressed in all leather with an inflatable butt plug inserted in his rectum. He was suspended for 2 weeks with pay while under investigation. He did undergo a mental evaluation, but is now fit for duty, and all is well.

  • ok for all you shit heads blaming the cop. look at the light. YELLOW blinky lights! caution! ok. Police car driving thrtough the intersection going straight, teens wanting to make left turn, they pull out into traffic, their fault, cop was in the right. go fuck yourselves, have a nice day

  • @graytgray hey wut if this was your sister or daughter driving still think it was her fault? you are the reason why people hate the fukin police. this fukin cop was prob racing to the nearest dunkin donuts so he could sit there and get paid.

  • For those of you are siding with the cop, people like you need to die. Because if you clearly read the fucking facts he was going 94 miles and hour without sirens on in the city. I don't care if your an officer in the force to be speeding like that with out sirens is a crime. The officer shoulda been put two death for killing two teens. If you look up Ashlie Krakowski on facebook she has 337 friends think of the people who will miss her and David Servin.

  • I know one thing, no matter how fast I drive, I always make sure to slow down when reaching an intersection.

  • the teens definitly at fault. Hope the cop was ok!!!

  • @SteveWard3928 People like you need a reality check.

  • @SteveWard3928 Im with you. left turn into an intersection with a blinking yellow light. teens fault 100%

  • @graytgray Hey Dumbfuck!.... The blinking yellow lights mean SLOW, you fucking retard. Nobody expects a car to be fucking flying (95 MPH THROUGH YELLOW LIGHTS) with NO LIGHTS OR SIREN! You're obviously a cop, if you can twist that into being the girls fault... oh, you mean making a turn with her signal on, and getting hit by a 95 MPH BLACK missle at night? Go turn in your badge psycho!

  • @lightfighter36 well the dumb bitch didnt look regardles and just made a left turn like it was whatev. and no im not a cop. yet

  • Comment removed

  • The cop heard there were free donuts......

  • its the drivers fault , they had plenty of time seen a police car come towards them & still make the turn ...... BAD CHOICE

  • fucking pig's alway's speeding....

  • @mrcholo69913 and that is an ignorant statement.

  • @SteveWard3928 sorry don't beat me up...

  • its still failure to yield. if there are vehicles approaching u have to yield.

  • @Bqrufz1 I agree..It dont matter if it was a cop car what if it was me going down that street not flying but driving and they made that turn in front of me there is nothing i can do but try to stop... sad very, sad

  • ther driver thinks his car was faster so he turned then the cop hit him its drivers fault

  • @BUDDY63131 not really, when you turn across traffic you estimate speed based on the local speed limit. Its been proved many times before its very hard to estimate speed from oncoming vehicles, hence why the accident occurred. If the police officer was not speeding, then he would have had sufficient time to stop

  • this could go both ways the cop was driving way to fast. but the car turned in front of on coming traffic you can see the car speed up to beat the cop car.

  • the cop was responsable he was speeding and no lights were going on top

  • ok i can c where u think its the cops fault but the driver turning left was also at fault to

  • There are two to blame in this incident. The officer was not running code 3(lights and siren). Therefore, he should have been going no more than 5 to 10 mph over speed limit if he was responding to a call. The second person at fault is the teenage driver. Of course the officer was not running code 3, but his headlights were clearly on. The teenager was just not experienced enough to judge distance and speed of on coming traffic and made a bad choice at crossing in front of oncoming traffic.

  • @milk66man i pull out in front of cops all the time now i dont pull in to let them past or nothing i stay where i am at and drive the limt for the road and if a copper hits my car i'd sue him for as much as i can cos they ARE to blame not me not them kids driving home

  • @milk66man i agree. its still a tragedy.

  • Song please??

  • typical pigs thinking they are above the law

  • those cops were racing and not to a call! hang the bastards both cars

  • @TJ1701D

umm no the cop that killed those kids was put on a paid leave of absence awaiting a judge ruling the cop that recorded it got nothing at all he went on as he usually would

  • If a civilian is drag racing another civilian & someone is killed BOTH drivers are charged with felony murder. Just like all police do they cover up the crime as much as they can. The cop that hit the other car is screwed & they know they can not hide his crime but the 2nd cop in the car that recorded this video is only suspended for 30 days without pay, what a joke. The 2nd cop should also be in prison, he was a direct party to the crime. NO-ONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW.

  • I bet they were just dicking around racing, cops here do that all the time.

  • you all are a bunch of cop hating fuck ups.If you had a brain in your head instead of crack smoke you would know what happen.

  • FUCK THE POLICE

  • To CTMotorcop 1... I do stand corrected. He was returning from West Haven not Orange that night. I was working AMR when it came in but I wasn't part of the response. I was aware that MFD did their own investigation and terminated him based on those findings. A very sad situation for all involved. Thanks for the correction....
