This song is AFI's total package. Fast-tempo, awesome voice melody, great fluidity, meaning full lyrics, darkish environment, awesome drum, guitar line simply amazing and wonderful back vocals at the end. The best AFI song in my opinion.

I never knew the three words A Fire Inside would end up meaning so much to me. AFI differs from so many other bands for so many reasons. They re so unique. Coming from a garage horror punk outfit to a progressional band such as they are now is nothing short of remarkable. Some say theyve sold out. However this isnt at all whats happened. Punk rock can only go so far. The one true way to see if a band is growing is through theyre ever changing music theory and afi s changes with each album.
