I've been a big fan of Mitchell ever since I saw him rally back to beat Johanssen live at the O2 arena. He's a big talent, unfortunately he gets distracted by outside matters. This is a great pad workout, also by his trainer. Good pad men are hard to come by.

Wouldn't look too much into his prep for the Katsidis fight, he just got drawn in to a brawl and got caught by Katsidis' power, should have boxed at distance like he did against Prescott and like he did in rounds 1&2. I think the crowd / venue / atmosphere was more to blame than anything else, it encouraged him to go after Katsidis and stray from the game plan. He'll be back though. Hopefully we'll see him fight Kahn eventually.

ive always known tha kevin mitchell is an amazin fighter, but this is phenomenal,
thats some of the best pad work ive ever seen, usually when you have a boxer using speed like tha on pads, there arnt using power, its all for the speed, but he is using power and speed with amazin combos, if he wasnt with warren he would be a world champ now!!!!

cool. yeah boxing allways attracts a lot of big mouth horrible know it alls. but yeah ive been keepin an eye out for KM for a few years- he is talented and with the right attitude- i also think he has every chance of gettin a world title- hopefully he isnt rusty and can get passed the dangerous presscott- should be a crackin fight.- on an excellent card for uk boxing with de gale/saunders and of course khan.

Khan as not fought anyone with a decent bang yet and when he does i strongly believe it will be lights out for Khan. He looked stunned when non puncher blown up super featherweight willie limond knocked him down. Kevin mitchell on the other hand stormed through the ABA's before turning pro and as been in with and been tested by a guy who can punch hard. Mitchell is the real deal Khan is a joke!

compare khans record to mitchels in boxrec and you will find out whos got better record. the fighters that khan been fighting in his 5th or 6th fight, mitchells been fighting them in 15th fight. Khan is defintely going places, mitchell aint. thats a fact. Khans got too much power and skill for him.

I dont buy into the Khan story its like a big pantomine. Frank warren is pulling the rug from under us. Think about it, Khan lost out to Gold in the Olympics Ok yes good achievment to make the olympics at 17 but silver medal is 2nd place. theres no room for 2nd place in Boxing. So Khan enters the ABA championships and gets floored by craig watson. Khan then pulled out of the ABA'S because officals didnt give him enough tickets for his next fight, bollocks! He and frank was scared of him losing!

he lost to a legend,then beat him a year later.craig watson is commonwealth champ and jus beat matt hatton,khan moved up a weight in the ABAs,and he was right to pull out of the ABAs because they were charging upto 40pound for tickets as KHAN was the main attraction,normal ABA shows are a maximum of 20-25pnd.so how can they use khan as an attraction but only give his family and friends 10 tickets.

yea i have seen him fight loads of times, i seen him about 50 times on itv4 and i watched him last Saturday.. he likes to get close to fight, if he cant close the range he gets picked apart, him and his brother fight the same, they come square on.. some1 like derry mathews would pick him apart.. alex arthur would do him as well.. i dont mind him as a fighter, but people over rate him.. people say he would beat khan, khan would kill mitchell
