  • @HHH396 i;m just getting over a cold so not sure where im at..prob a lil weaker. gonna give the 308 workout on bench a go hn i get a lil better(320 first set and 305 rest of sets)

  • @HHH396 maybe I'll film wildlife, can't film in the gym, was at the gym today during primetime today, amazes me what kind of physical condition the young guys are in, and I fear it's not all natural, made me look stupid, but you can't compare yourself to others, that would be stupid. I'll stick to chicken breast and cod.

  • @powerful1677 Thanks! Yeah I'll be doing the reverse grips for a while because regular grip has been hurting my shoulders.Reverse doesn't aggravate my shoulders as much.I can't do quite as much weight but I'm not too far off my regular grip strength wise!

  • @tlast2O12dude I just kinda lost interest but I have been squatting for the last few weeks so I should have a video up soon! I have pain in my knees but I can still squat here and there for like 5-8 weeks before i have to shut it down and let them heal.
