Nowadays, I'm thinking about how terrain's part of the formula being (100 - Terrain Stars * HP) is dumb. MD Tank gets 3HKed on Cities by Artillery, WHY? And War Tank takes only 35% base in Days of Ruin but then suffers from having only 4 Movement Power and being in a game with even weaker defense.
5) Day 12 - use the Tank, Mark.....seriously, the Tank should have attacked first, and then one of the Recons, and then the other Recons could be placed on properties near Grit's HQ for safety. Although you had trapped Grit's only unit, an indirect at that, at that point.
4) Day 10 - the Recon on the Road corner should have been moved first; the location was right. Then the Artillery to the Road corner so that it would be out of the Rocket Launcher's range. On the next day, the Large Tank could be barraged to its demise and then the Recon could swoop in and tear up the Rocket Launcher, leaving only one Rocket Launcher left to be a threat.
3) Day 6 - the 9 HP Mech should have been moved north, and then the Mech 2 spaces south to capture the blue City the 9 HP Mech was on. The 7 HP Mech had the neutral City covered in 3 days.
1) On Day 3, the Recon should have been attacked with just the Tank. The Mech should have been killed instead. The Recon would have been crippled anyway, and it is specialized.
2) The north-most Mech should have attacked the north Infantry. That would have allowed 2 other Mechs to attack, not just one.
Grit is despised by experts because he only focus on indirect attacks and a direct attack would be worse to grit and player. On the other hand begginers love specializing in a certain type of units.

Medium Tanks have 5 Movement Power. They will have trouble with Grit's +1 Range.

Mechs have more firepower.

Move criticism:

G(r)it is despised by experts for being broken.
I'd like to do something like this for GBW3's Campaign.
