It all depends on what level clean room this is. They never said what level it was definitively. There are many types of clean rooms that require different levels of contamination control. Obviously, given the issues that have been raised in the other comments, as well as the fact that he opened a door and passed a bottle to an un-gowned person, this is obviously not a level 1 or 100 room. It may very well be a 10,000, given the minimum level of equipment (ie. single gloves and no hood).

this is clean room?
1st point jumpsuit head cover didn't cover properly.
2nd point someone didn't have their jumpsuit zipped up.
3th point clean room can't show out your hair.
