If there are a lot of items in the room which you're stealing from, the chances of getting the item you want are drastically reduced ^.^

thats the most stupidest way of making money. Just do this: hold ctrl+shift+C.

A pop up bar should appear. then type motherlode in the bar and then you get 50,000 simolians. Also if you want to make all the people have full green bars by bringing up the pop up bar and typing"testingcheatsenabled true" and then go to your mailbox and shift+click on it and then click on "make all happy."

Try stealing from the gym or one of the rich folk's houses.

You can easily make about 3k from just one house. That's pretty handy in the early stages of the game, when you need casht the most! :P

i stole something without klepto skill, thornton was a good friend and asked me to move in, i did, but it felt bad, i wanted to go back home, but didnt have anough cash, then i took his car (the 85.000 one) and sold mine (9.800 one), letting me have enough cash, and moved back =D
