This is showing BI and case file management but it doesn't delve into the regulatory compliance that govern these types of policing system.......Is this PACE compliant? Does it link to the CPS? How will it link into other systems that the Forces use?? Something makes me think that any buyer would be forced to pay for significant amounts of development, using expensive SAP consultants.....Not convinced.
It is true! (Did you believe the iPhone before you have seen it?)
This is not a BI based solution. What you see is an SAP CRM integrated with a bunch of other apps. to deliver a so called 'industry solution'. CRM is used for case management here but it is also the front end of other apps.
This is PACE compliant. (I do not know what CPS is.) It is NW based so it can be linked to other systems. I have seen LIVE demo, that is even more convincing AND there is customer reference too.
Good smoke and mirrors....
