@DaNoles1999 Actually.. before talking about "Federal Crime's" you should know that no where in any book or law does it say you can't fake your own death.. But, what could make it illegal is if you fake your death while, or to, avoid a debt, avoid going to prison and I can't remember that last one.. So yea, learn the law's before saying them. And it's a shame, I'm only 17, how old are you? And I know my laws.

Andy would be very unhappy at the way his fans are ruining one of the world's greatest bits (whether he's dead or alive). Go listen to "Man on the Moon". The song says it all but no one appears to listen. The idea is to leave the question open yet his fans seem to always need to believe he's absolutely dead.

Sadly, Andy is "most-likely" dead. I think he had a plan and told his close friends that he would fake his own death (by cancer) just to make us wonder if his death was genuine and to continue playing with our heads after he was long long gone, which is what he loved to do.

I am a big Andy fan, and I think its a cooler thought that right now he and Elvis are chillin somewhere up there together. Andy is the best!

"COME TO ME". I've just got to listen to this every now and then, it's BEYOND catchy. And watching Andy from the past seems to be the only avenue left for us to enjoy his brilliance now that the "Press Conference" showed us nothing but bargain basement chicanery.
