"dont upload a non-perfect video" you are wrong, youtube is not a professionnal musician website i think... and even horowitz, richter ou argerich arent perfect, so ...
when someone uploads a video, it is not always for say "hey world, see what i've done ! it is good?" maybe its just for fun, or for local friend, or whatever... but you 're right, musically, this video is not very good, and mine neither, and... just dont watch it, type horowitz, gould, richter or rubinstein if you only want genius, and russian teacher is maybe a very good idea ;p
I notice that you omit the trills in both the right and left hands. Is this because (as with me) you cant trill very well with the left hand? Otherwise, I'd say you did a creditable job. Unless you really hate practicing (as I did) please keep playing. I regret that I wasn't more disciplined. The world needs more people who play "real" music.
At that time, I had only been playing about 4 months and couldn't trill very well. I've been at this about 1.5 years now and can do it fine. I love practicing by the way and do it at least an hour a day.
That's great! I hope you keep it up. If you don't turn out to be another Horowitz, you will at least have something that you can always enjoy. Lots of people still have pianos. If you can play classical music, you may be surprised how many people will stop and listen. How's chances of us hearing a new video of the Invention with the trill?
How do you pratice? i been playing a .6 year now and love it but i dont know how to pratice. i wana be more improv than just being able to read and not able to create.
Learn middle C, and go from there. I started with Bach Gavotte in G minor, the second part of the popular one in G major. Then I did Well Tempered Clavier 1, and went from there. To practice, learn the notes. Just keep trying. I suggest learning a 2-part piece, it makes you better way faster. Once you get the pieces I mentioned, try Bach Invention 8, its very good to learn.
hey, trils are really hard, i've been playing on and off and i find this piece technically a little hard....for 3 months of piano, i'd say this isn't that bad.
Could have been a bit tighter on the tempo, it's barroco (i dont know its english name) that's the spot you're missing, and the trills are very important
Even without them the song sounds good, but if you're not gonna play them, focus on te tempo, at the beggining for example
keep up the good work.
Im working on it, ill post my video some time... when i get a camera xD
Yeah, I know. I've much improved since then. At that time I had only been playing for 3 months, so I couldn't really play it fast, or with the trills.
Very nicely done. And ignore all of this criticism about the trills; I don't believe that Bach even originally scored them. And regardless, Glenn Gould doesn't play them (I think he may play the second one, actually), and it sounds just fine. Keep up the good work!
Excellent! Go Bach Go

Possibly if I fix my camera, but definitely I will put one up on Saturday after I have a recital.

When you are in the 2nd 'part' isn't there supposed to be a C+D trill while going with the left hand? just wondering
