It's a Toshiba Satellite L300D

Prosessor: AMD Sempron SI-42 2,10GHz

RAM: 4GB

32-bit

ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics

Updated to Windows 7 Ulitmate and drives with no problems!

I don't think it's good for "real" gaming, but browser games would run ok?

I have a M7VIG 400 motherboard with an AMD Sempron 2200+ (1.49 ghz) processor and 1.25 gigs of DDR 400 ram. It runs ok too as a 1 ghz processor is the minimum requirement to run Windows 7 and I'm running a dual boot system with XP Pro and Win 7 Ultimate. This video illustrates a point that you can squeeze some more use out of an old computer before obsolutely having to go out and buy a new one.

dude are you sure this windows is great ? The same was with Windows Vista and now nobody use it no more,because it is worse than ever. What is wrong with Xp,just fix you tcp sys put more than 10 connection and all is ok,it works fine to me on 2400 mhz and only 512 mb RAM.what can windows seven do ? Honest what ?

Win7 is the fixed Version of Windows Vista, without almost eveything fixed, that sucked on Vista. Some Reasons why Win7 is better than 9 Years old XP? Better (modern) Memory Management, almost no HD buffer times, everything runs directly from Memory, no damaged Internet after Surfing some Weeks anymore, a fast Computer even after 4 Days of Uptime, No Internet slowdowns, no noisy Harddisk reading, Fast boot even with lots Trash in Autostart, No Reinstallation after a few Weeks b.of Errors&probs

Also, I've been using Vista for a year before switching to Windows 7 and it really wasn't bad.

Your excuse for Vista was "Too many system requirements", what's your excuse for Windows 7? For me it works as well as XP on the eeepc, perhaps 10% performance decrease, of course using aero theme and all that stuff.

My sister has this amd sempron, it was my old computer that i gave here. But it was running windows vista and was so slow! she upgraded 2 win 7 and runs much faster, goes to show how crap vista is
