  • Awesome, are you a gymnast? I was looking at some of your other videos and wasn't sure if you were a gymnast or a weight lifter. But anyways awesome job, and nice videos broski.

  • @GymchampZW I'm kinda a gymnast. It's my major form of training, but I took it up as an adult. I love weightlifting as well and still like to do a bit of both, and martial arts too! Thanks for the kind words

  • @Demus15 The funny thing is that I've been a gymnast for the past 10 years of my life, and I'm working on kip cross on rings too;) and you have it and you haven't wasted 10 years of your life;) haha. Anyways once again very impressed.

  • That was very impressive! Ur looking huge man, u just train rings alone? I should start training that too, I reckon my cross is strong enough. Whats ur longest cross hold?

  • @MrArbitrager Thanks man. I train everything except high bar and vault. P-bars and rings are my favorite but rings is my best. Yeah give it a go if u got a good cross and a good kip start to try to put em together. No idea what my longest cross hold is cuz i've only just started training it again due to recovery from a shoulder injury. prob around four sec
