  • @inthedarkesthour haha...to be honest most girls prefer "normal" guys around here. Like soccer or tennis player. Even my own gf tells me she doesn't care too much about big muscles... But it's ok I only need one girl (at a time...) haha.

  • @jmcb76 I train everyday and I go by feel but mostly I do Squat, Deadlift and Incline everyday. 2 days in a row dynamic, one off day, then one heavy day. Then start over. But it's not set in stones if I feel it I might go heavy every other day like I did last week.
