That's good, just if your losing weight you shouldnt eat bananas, because they have alot of sugars, and are hard to digest, so if you eat a bannana it says in you the whole day
what if you only eat 1 good meal a day and your job requires you to perform physical labor for like 6 hrs sweating and constantly moving for 5 days a week im doing that right now and i have lost weight but not like i should being a male in all any advice on my food intake?

Id like to add a comment for a small meal. For lunch breakfast or a snack have a peanutbutter jelly sandwich. Digest easily, satisfying, and useful to ur body. peantbutter provides protien and jelly adds sugar (but dont hav to much :-)

Yes, that does make sense and alot have people do that... one thing to consider is your body uses the following sources for energy: ATP, Creatine, Sugar/Glucose, Fat.
The amount of energy needed during exercise is too much to get from just fat. So your body needs to get extra energy sources (noted above).
If all your stores are empty, your body will take as much it can from fat and then start eating muscle, generally speaking.
So a little food before a work is good for these reasons as well.

Take baby steps, do something small. Alot of people go nuts, "It's all or nothing!" and usually it ends up being the nothing. I'm down 25lbs in 2 months (10lbs definitely water) and I did it with baby steps.

I love the idea of 3.0, for the consumer it's like learning secret tips, etc for how to be successful without having to be digging through the internet to find tips from self-proclaimed experts. When we watch your videos at least we know that they're realistic and can sort of expect things like having to dry a flint a bit to get it to work for example.
So now i will try and the eating plan(very sceptic about it :D ) and i will writte u the results the other week (if it has fast effeckt) so am i going on the right way ? Writte me something else that i can do :)
Heyyyy alright ;) thats the best , so till the last video i have started again to do the pull ups, 181cm high 60kg and 15yrs old. So i am doing 5pull ups and i am doing 3 or 4 series by 5 or 4 pull ups on each, Going about 2 times a day so about 30 pull ups a day.For final when i am tired i am jumping and i am going down slow (do this again about 4times but with no break) - thats what i have learnt from you ;)

Good question! For you NO you would not.
You would still want to eat 6 meals a day but make them as big as you can!
Workout 3x per week (no more or you are burning too many calories)
And most important, you will need to take weight gainer most likely to get extra calories.
You want to get "bigger" which means more muscle with a little more fat, not just more fat only.
I am a classic "hardgainer" (skinny ectomorph body type) and will be doing videos on how to gain weight/muscle in the future!
