Only Toad Town is accessible after Bowser falls, and its save block is removed too.

Doubt you care about this anymore, but the limit to the number of hits of Goombario's multibonk can be as low as 2, and high as around 8 - the limit is randomly generated once you execute the attack.

@MasterKnightDH Yeah, I used an emulator and several savestates just after I pressed target on Bowser. In one of the states, I can hit Bowser up to 4 times, while only twice at most in another state.

The limit to the number of hits varies depending on the boss or enemy, too. I haven't tested beyond those two states, but I think Bowser may have a maximum limit of maybe 6 multibonk hits. On the Master, though, the highest I've gotten was 8.
