  • This is great. I've been down and out for years with a back injury (never dreamt I would be so out of shape and depressed) and am putting together a fitness plan. I want to go mostly calisthenics with dumbells as necessary. Anyway, I was looking for good lower body moves and this will be great.

    I just found you on here and so far you've already given me 2 great exercises. Thanks.

  • @mustspeak maxewellstrengthcond and naka athletics channels are both excellent for bodyweight / callisthenics exercises. Master your body first and then adding resistance will become a lot easier.

  • This exerciese is part of PT in Serbian army and is called Lizard flight. Yes, it's very demanding. I loughed when I learned you Americans call it cheerleader jump. ITs degrading for a such an excelent exercise.

  • @milutinicus cheerleaders are actually hardcore atheletes. Also they get injured more frequently and more seriously than pro sports players, because of all the extreme flips they do in the air.
