Marijuana should be legalized, but it wont be until the conglomerates can have total control. This is not about wether the Gov. is ready, it is about the big industry. look at Conagra, how they took over the farming industry. These People cultivated the desert . To think that these fat cats are going to let the common joe and mary grow this lucrative weed in their back yard and make all that money is absurd. The US gov. is not the problem, it is the politician holding back because of industry.
Help support the legalization of Marijuana and Hemp just by sending an E-mail or postal letter. Go to norml(.)org then click on contact officials. if weed was used back when alcohol and tobacco were used a few hundred years ago then it would be legal because it just seemed to be normal.. but yeahh just give it a few more years until we can all light up whenever we want
Everything in moderation. That is the truth. There's nothing bad that alcohol is a legal recreational substance, because it is awesome, although you may feel shit sometimes. But it's the same case with MJ, there is not a single drug in the world that is perfect, but MJ is definitely safer.
Where is this "Abuse" word coming from if you use marijuana MORE then moderately? Abuse suggests that something negative would be the outcome of a particular way you use something.
In marijuana's case - Where does "Abuse" come into play? I've yet to see or hear a negative outcome of marijuana use?
@seriousflo I have a friend who hit a gravity bong so hard he blacked out. The same friend has also smoked so much that he couldn't move, almost like a heavy narcotic effect. I'm not saying pot is bad, it won't kill you lol, but it is possible to go too far.
The Arizona shooter, Jared Loughner was a liberal pothead. In order for a true mental illness to be diagnosed one must be clean for two years for brain chemistry to normalize enough for a proper diagnosis. The left is trying to blame it entirely on mental illness now that it has been established that he was a liberal. (see my About Me for link)
At first the left not only blamed Palin & Beck for the shooting but campaigned to revoke Palin’s right to freedom of speech.
@Twilightifyable Hmmm. Turning a question about the legality of yet another drug (on top of alcohol and nicotine which are legal therefore I assume you're ok with) into a political partisian issue. Are you trying to distract from the issue at hand?
Alcohol also effects the brain. So, you actually need to be both clean and sober. But Pot is also a hallucinogen. I don't deny that Jared was mentally ill, but my point is pot played a part. I think cigarettes should be illegal because of health costs associated with it in both first and second hand.
I am not distracting anyone as I'm trying to wake people up. If you see my about me, you'd see my attempt at the truth.
Thank God at least the host of the debate was at least reasonable. I swear every time an advocacy group is on a news debate the hosts are so one sided and rude
marijuana could be the new currency. hmmm. maybe marijuana is dangerous for other reasons they aint mentioning. not dangerous to us but dangerous to the systems in place already making money from our bad habits. competition. marijuana will win big time.im not even gonna get into the dozens of other uses it has. marijuana could turn into a billion dollar market in les than 5 years
"All California law, both civil and criminal, concerning marijuana is hereby repealed by the people of California.
Any public official, public employee, or judge in California who violates this amendment to the California Constitution by making any laws, or imposing any tax, rules or regulation of marijuana is subject to arrest, criminal prosecution and ten years in prison."
BULLSHIT!!!! If YOU CANT DRIVE WHILE AND OR AFTER YOU'VE BEEN DRINKING YOU SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO DRIVE AFTER YOU'VE BEEN SMOKING!! bro you can get drunk, trip out and "hurt some 1 or plp around you, then passout wake up and have no idea what just happend... get high and eat everything in the refrigerator passout maybe and have full control over any situation......
Identification will be scanned whenever you purchase certain things like alcohol or marijuana...
Swipe your credit card, swipe your identification, there is a camera recording the transaction and all of that information goes to the databases of insurance companies, government agencies and financial institutions with your matching video.
Trade your privacy for a little bag of weed? STUPID!
Get ready for for universal drug testing at work and $500.00 a month auto insurance.
Do they really think taxing marijuana will not get the attention of the IRS?
Obama just hired an army of IRS agents for this reason.
Your identification will be scanned whenever this is purchased and all that information will find it's way to auto insurance companies, worker's compensation liability insurance companies and government agencies.
These people keep feeding the IRS monster.
Ask yourself who was busting the alcohol bootleggers... Revenue agents...
@SirWinstonChurchill HAHAHA why the fuck would you want to hire more cops after legalizing marijuana? Marijuana users are probably the most non violent. So basically you are supporting the drug lords/cartels and letting them get all the cash without paying taxes? you are supporting to hold more and more non violent marijuana users in jail and pay for their stay each day? you are supporting to hire more district attorneys to prosecute non violent marijuana users? more swat teams to crack down?..
@SirWinstonChurchill im a fuckin idiot? no you are u dumb piece of shit no one said we want to hire more cops with the tax money of marijuana. being a cop isnt the only job out there. and thats not the only reason california is so broke. it takes cops three hours to write a report about busting a teen with possesion of 2 grams of marrijunana when that cop can be doing something productive.
1 .You buy your marijuana at a state sanctioned, state licensed, state approved retailer.
2. They scan your driver's license.
3. Your auto insurance carrier sends you the bill for the new $500.00 a month liability rider. Your employer's worker's compensation liability policy requires new drug testing provisions. The sheriff is notified by the ATF your firearm permit is no longer within federal guidelines.
Sound easy, safe and efficient enough for you? Trojan Horse... NO on 19...
If you don't accept these inconveniences, then you might not go ahead and buy pot. I, like many others, don't want to be seen like a criminal to the eyes of "the law" for mere marijuana consumption. Quit ruinning it for everybody.
at 2:00, that is entirely wrong. It is the same as being drunk while driving (DWI) driving while intoxicated. If you are high while driving, it is called (DUI) driving under the infuence. Roger Salazar think before you talk you effin idiot. At 3:45 that is the entire truth. You can even see the expression on his face. Yes on prop 19!
Billionaire businessman and philanthropist George Soros has contributed $1 million to the California ballot measure that would legalize marijuana for recreational use. --CapitalAlert October 26, 2010
@xgamer3 Marijuana will never be illegal or the bitter oak tree because the two plants that disolve cancer cells are "banned" Did you know that the bitter oak tree is illegal and it is just a plant that has massive b-17? Cuz it makes no money it's illegal! Do your research before lettuce is ileggal too and 30,000 more people die a year.
On average, a drunk driver kills someone every 45 minutes. Recreational marijuana use in fatal crashes will increase if Prop. 19 passes. It will be legal for a driver to get high right before taking the wheel. It will also be legal for passengers to smoke pot as they drive on the freeway or in your neighborhood.
These 2 have an alliance with The California Beer & Beverage Distributors

The beer companies are paying people to go against marijuana by quoting "human safety ie human health", but the fact that marijuana has 0 deaths while alcohol has 350,000 death per year just in the U.S kind of makes them a little hypocritical.
@Whyisthat101 actually it's like 80 thou to 150 thou a year Tobbacco is like 450 thou a year and still in at dead last with 0 thou each year is Canna.
theres no real proof that tobacco directly kills people. Theres people that died and happened to smoke but the smoking didnt cause the person to die. Most people that smoke never get cancer.
How could any one sit there and actually defend the alcohols industry's claim that they donated the money so their drivers wouldn't be impaired. That just sad if anyone believes that. Come on cali, be the smart ones and lead the world in a new revolution. The cracks in the glass of the drug warriors are starting to crack, tick tock tick tock
Nothing stops people from drinking before they drive a car either, and I'm really glad that Holmes does his job and points out the hypocrisy in that statement. And his statement at the end is perfect.
Roger Salazar makes a very poor argument here. If prop 19 passes and someone smokes cannabis before their job and as a result their job performance is compromised then you may fire them. The same would be done if someone drank alcohol before they went to work and as a result their performance is affected as well.
I've harmed my body more with Tylenol ...some people need to grow up and actually smoke it before they go off saying how bad it is! The Feds label it as a Class l Drug Substance... that's where the whole idea of it being a drug right next to Meth comes from.
@PullyElbow27 I'm not trying to be the bad guy. Just having the right to harm yourself and others around you doesn't make it right. I know they are not talking about cigarettes here but I hate walking past people smoking. So I guess they are taking my right away. I dont want to breath none of that shit in. Its called grow the fuck up and stop thinking its cool. That is why people do it and it starts with children and turns into a bad habit. Also its a money maker. Grow up people.
@11cory Cigarettes and marijuana are two totally different substances. I can understand not wanting cigarettes because it fucks up your lungs and is an irritant, but marijuana is different. Please, do not group alcohol and marijuana or cigarettes and marijuana together.
And once again, your second sentence; cannabis is not tobacco. Tobacco is nothing but a toxic substance, no benefits from smoking it. Marijuana, as you hopefully know, has a plethora of medical benefits.
@PullyElbow27 Yes cigs are worse and I wasn't trying to group, even though they should be grouped since you are smoking. Smoking anything isn't good for you. I know marijuana has benefits but its not through smoking.
@11cory So, what exactly are you saying then? People shouldn't be able to enoy their cigarette in peace without you getting upset because you are temporarily inconvenienced by catching a whiff of their smoke? It's not like these people are smoking cigarettes and walking past someone like you to simply piss you off. Maybe you need to grow up if you think people should stop doing something simply because it's an inconvenience to you and other whiners like you.
@kurdtdcobane Whiner? Yeah I'm whining because I want something thats harmful to you and the environment off this earth so the children 100 years from now can say "whats a cigarette?" Wouldn't that be nice? What I'm trying to say is cigs have no purpose. None of it, smoking and alcohol, have any purpose. Let me ask you something. Do you think smoking of any sort and alcohol should be removed from existence?
alcohol dude got OWNED. he didn't know WHAT to say after that xD I hope you Californians vote Yes to Prop 19! (I hope to move to Cali in the next 2-3 years)
@saggley haha thanks dude but like forreal.. yes some people cant control their selves when high but most people can function perfectly stoned. i go to school every day fucked up off dank and it helps me ha
i love mason... a couple of years ago i asked if he would bring the fight for legalizing pot to cali( through a myspace message i believe) and he said that ppl in cali would have to be the ones to start the debate... and now that we have he's here on our side:) he's not lookin too healthy though...needs to take better care of himself so he can stay around to see his vision come true!!!
fuck the alcohol industries legalize weed for the greater good dont let ppl suffer from prohibition let us stand togethor as one and fight for whats right. america is suffering with lies and false information. i would rather smoke weed that heals the body and mind than drinking that poision that ppl die from. enough said...
SCARE TACTICS, all they are trying to do is create fear and again like the last 73yrs of prohibition they are using lies to scare the public. The fact is that "pot" is far safer than alcohol or tobacco, yet we have chosen to arrest people that use the safer of the three, cannabis. We cut tobacco use in this nation in half, we did that without arresting even one person. Tobacco use was cut due to education and regulation, why do we think we need to lock up citizens when we know it doenst work?
You gotta look at it this way. Both sides are being paid to make their product look good, in the end you have to look at the statistics of both sides. When you put them side by side, marijuana is the safer product.
@DragonsFire78 I understand what your saying but I dont think these non profit activist groups like SAFER have huge employee lists and spend nothing to hire anyone. Most are there for free working to change these failed policies. Failed policies that have a part in every issue we face today and it effects everyone, pot smoker or not. It has changed the way cops deal with citizens, they use to serve citizens now they hunt us. 73yrs of prohibition, 800,000+ arrests a year and we've learned what?
If weed gets legalized my ass is movin' to Cali. Fuck some alcohol man. Been 21 for almost a year now and still haven't got drunk. You know why? 'Cause alcohol is re-fuckin'-tarded. Makes you do stupid shit you wouldn't normally do, you physically (and often mentally) feel like shit, and it totally impairs all motor skills.
My opinion? Alcohol and Marijuana should swap places in the legal system.
@Knot, You have it right, if we were truly looking to keep people and kids safe we would look at the deaths caused by alcohol and tobacco 150,000 and then the deaths because of cannabis 0. The proof is right there. We chance death every day, taking an Advil or driving to work, by flying or bunggie jumping, we chance death in many daily activities, yet we dont make them illegal and lock people up who ride a 4wheeler over the weekend, it makes no sense! Test for impairment, not use! Yes on 19
@Knotingham I actually wouldn't mind if Marijuana and Tobacco switched places. Alcohol is fine in moderation, but Tobacco causes cancer regardless of how much you smoke :(
a lot of people never smoke and get cancer while many more smoke and never get cancer. Theres no proof that tobacco directly kills anyone. They just happened to smoke.
@KripDrip Well, there are carcinogens in some of our consumer products, thanks to our lovely government system. I can't remember which ones, but I seen it in a documentary on marijuana. I need to look into that further. Also, it's proven that tobacco causes diseases, for example: emphysema. Emphysema CAN be caused by deficiency, air pollution, or aging, but it's rare. The majority of cases are caused by smoking TOBACCO! You can't tell me it doesn't kill people. This is coming from a smoker...
Weak debate.. Definetly pro-pot here but for the "Safer" guy to bring up the fact that that guy is payed for by the alcohol industry is rediculous.. Wonder who the marijuana guy is paid by... SAFER?
@crsk8andsno56 But that guy was paid by the alcohol industry thats why its his job to come on shows like this and try to ague is case and such but clearly he is just talking the same bullshitt that were all used to hearing from corporate hate mongers like that .
It's not the same when a guy arguing in favor of marijuana law reform is employed by a pro marijuna group and a guy arguing current marijuana policy is employed for the alochol industry. Does the guy working for the alcohol industry really question the quality of his product so much that he fears people would stop drinking alcohol if they could use marijuana?
@crsk8andsno56 SAFER is a Non-Profit, I dont think they have the funds to pay anyone. Thats been the whole reason pot isnt legalized yet, there isnt any money on the reform side to lobby to change these laws. The profit from drug cartels is not funding legalization. In fact thats why the only states or most that have medical laws or decrim is due to Voter Propositions, most states dont have that choice and have to wait years for legislators to act, if they ever do or ever will. Vote yes on 19!
Fuck Yeah, The Pot defender owned that paid lying alcoholic greedy bastard! When it's legal we should all go and burn infront of the alcohol and tobacco companies... And Im sick of these "live above the influence" commericals! I'm always like " i do bitch, I'm higher then kite" plus it should be "live below the influence" the people who don't smoke don't realize that everybody else does. whatever, fuck the haters. Let's get stoned!!
Everybody's gotta get out and vote Yes on 19! I live in the heart of pot-growing country here in Cali, and the growers are gonna try pretty hard to vote it down because there's a lot of corrupt money up here, so every vote counts! Make food and medicine legal to the lower class once again!
It is absolutely ludicrous that any organization calling itself "Public Safety First" would accept money from any group related to the production or distribution of alcohol. Alcohol is far more dangerous to public safety than marijuana. First of all, it's highly toxic (tens of thousands of overdose deaths per year) whereas marijuana is impossible to overdose on. Next add domestic violence, random violent crime, and the effects of alcohol on drivers, and it is clear, alcohol is anything but safe.
World history lesson right here no one has never died off of smoking so much like overdosing it is simply impossible to overdose off of weed you would have to smoke 15 pounds under 20 minutes and you would just die off of not having enough oxygen. I have carried my friend when he was drunk to the hospital because he was dieing of alcohol poisoning if that doesn't get your fucking attention what else will.
@x819xBeef That proves there is no over dose on that plant, because you would die if you ate 15 pound of ANYTHING and the same company that does research on cannabis tells you it's illegal to do research on it. Hmmmm... that sounds fucking stupid, huh?
For me, it's about the kids. What will keep pot away from kids? When you look at the facts, there are people, young and old, selling marijuana to kids in the schools and parks in every town. Dealers don't give a damn about your age, they just want your money. But kids can't get alcohol unless someone over 21 buys it for them, which is difficult for them and illegal to boot. Kids get pot easier because it's illegal. Legalize and regulate it.
Why would anyone in their fucked up head want to debate against Marijuana by using Alcohol as support? Damn too bad I wasn't in this debate, I would have shut that idiot up by simply stating the following, "In 2001, an estimated 75,766 AADs (Alcohol Attributable Deaths) and 2.3 million YPLLs (Years of Prolonged Life Lost) were attributable to the harmful effects of excessive alcohol use". That dude needs to go back and do his homework WHAT AN IDIOT!
They can charge in your house with a SWAT team and KILL your CAGED dogs and ARREST you while your CHILDREN are home, because of an anonymous tip saying you have marijuana. (All they found was a pipe he smoked marijuana out of).
Alcohol is more of a threat than marijuana and Roger Salazar knows it, if not, then he is arguing against something he doesn't understand which is foolish. Don't stand against things you don't KNOW about. Don't repeat old propaganda!
It's bullshit like this that has be buying beers that aren't owned by the big boys...well, that and Budweiser and the like aren't actually good beers.
In all my years working in either Medical or Security, I've never had to deal with violent stoners, sure its not good for ya.. neither are cigarettes. But like anything else, used in moderation its ok... just like Alcohol etc etc. Legalize that stuff, package it and tax it!
i like a few beers every now and then but have decided to halve my consumption. hit them where it hurts. boycotting alcohol or cutting down a bit will send a message. if all prop 19 supporters who drink alcohol drink less, it just might hurt the booze pedalers a bit.
I don't get people who still think marijuana should be illegal and I think they are making themselves look stupid in debates like this. I really hope prop 19 passes. Unfortunately nothing like this could ever happen here in Finland :(
LOL, afraid of the BEER truck drivers getting medicated before driving. Notice his use of the word discriminations, which is exactly what it is. Where is no reason to discriminate against users of cannabis.
So they're worried about their drivers smoking weed the night before driving because of safety? What about drinking before driving? How many people have died because of people driving under the influence of alcohol? If they really cared about safety they would donate to all the industries trying to stop driving under the influence not just those who choose pot. This is so transparent it's ridiculous-if you can't see through this- do humanity a favor and drink yourself into a comma.
@OscarMaris not only that. When people go into Alcohol withdrawal, they will start seizing and could even die. When I stop smoking marijuana, then I just go on with my day as if nothing happened
The public safety guy is basically saying "i'm mad because people smoke weed and DON'T get impaired, thats why it should stay illegal. Alcohol makes you impaired and causes problems, that is why it should stay legal". So that "public safety" guy wants people to be impaired. He isn't looking out for public safety, he is looking after the beer company.
@guest2424 Exactly, the "public safety" guy is looking out for the beer company, because they are paying him a sweet salary and he doesn't care if alcohol fucks ppl up, he's only supporting the beer company because he works for them, is trying to be loyal, and only cares about his own financial gains. He cares nothing about the REAL safety of the public. He'd rather people be disinformed and ignorant to the facts, instead of being understanding and open-minded.

At 4:20 of the video. (funny coincidence) The SAFER gentleman mentions that the Prohibition is paid by the alcohol lobby to spread fear and disinformation. Watch his boo boo lip quiver when the SAFER rep drops that bombsell. Talk about a “tell” of a facial expression. Hope that guys doesnt play poker.
it seems to me the people who are fighting frop 19 are just geting stupider and stupider as it comes to crunch time, nov 2 is gona be the best thing to happen to marijuana and the people who use it since tommy chong and cheech marin.come on everyone we have been wining the drug war all this time from our livingrooms puffing on joints and eating the munchies. all the billions of dollars that have been spent on this war lost it and most stoners dont know that they have been fighting it peacefully.
@hydrasteeth666 I just hope that the people who are planning to vote on this bill choose to smoke Sativa instead of Indica that day. That way, they will be really motivated to get to the polls and vote. If they smoke indica, then they're gonna be sitting on the couch with a strange suspicion that they had something they were supposed to do that day.
Gee, I wonder why CA Beer & Bev. Dist. oppose this? I love beer, but if I were a californian I would start brewing my own to boycott them.
Obviously pot is safer, and I know when I smoke a few batties before I go out I only have a beer or two.
I do disagree with employers not being able to screen employees. No one has a right to a job, but an employer should be able to discriminate on any basis.
FACT: Alcohol is one of the only drugs in the world that can kill you purely from withdrawal. Yes, it's true. Heavy drinkers who quit cold turkey will often find themselves waking up dead a few days later. This doesn't happen with heroin or crack, by the way. And weed's less addictive than caffeine.
I can't stand it! This dumbass is talking about DRIVER SAFETY as a reason for choosing alcohol over marijuana! Has he ever looked at the number of DUI accidents attributed to alcohol in this country? His argument is laughable...well, laughable if it wasn't so tragically misguided and damaging to public health.
His other point ignores the fact that new saliva testing CAN determine that someone is experiencing the effects of marijuana...which is less harmful and accident causing than alcohol.
The beer companies don't want marijuana legalized because they don't want competition..

Any public official, public employee, or judge in California who violates this amendment to the California Constitution by making any laws, or imposing any tax, rules or regulation of marijuana is subject to arrest, criminal prosecution and ten years in prison."

Obama just hired an army of IRS agents for this reason.

California, like a lot of other states and municipalities, have unfunded public employee pension fund liabilities. They are going into default.
Using Prop. 19 to tax marijuana at $50.00 to $100.00 an ounce is stupid.
Bail these government idiots out who fucked up the budget? Forget that shit.

The beer companies are paying people to go against marijuana by quoting "human safety ie human health", but the fact that marijuana has 0 deaths while alcohol has 350,000 death per year just in the U.S kind of makes them a little hypocritical.

11cory 1 year ago
@11cory Cigarettes and marijuana are two totally different substances. I can understand not wanting cigarettes because it fucks up your lungs and is an irritant, but marijuana is different. Please, do not group alcohol and marijuana or cigarettes and marijuana together.
And once again, your second sentence; cannabis is not tobacco. Tobacco is nothing but a toxic substance, no benefits from smoking it. Marijuana, as you hopefully know, has a plethora of medical benefits.
PullyElbow27 1 year ago
@PullyElbow27 Yes cigs are worse and I wasn't trying to group, even though they should be grouped since you are smoking. Smoking anything isn't good for you. I know marijuana has benefits but its not through smoking.
11cory 1 year ago
@11cory Yes, it's through smoking. Why do you think people prefer smoked marijuana to Marinol? You get 100% of the cannabanoids through smoking.
PullyElbow27 1 year ago
@11cory So, what exactly are you saying then? People shouldn't be able to enoy their cigarette in peace without you getting upset because you are temporarily inconvenienced by catching a whiff of their smoke? It's not like these people are smoking cigarettes and walking past someone like you to simply piss you off. Maybe you need to grow up if you think people should stop doing something simply because it's an inconvenience to you and other whiners like you.
kurdtdcobane 1 year ago
@kurdtdcobane Whiner? Yeah I'm whining because I want something thats harmful to you and the environment off this earth so the children 100 years from now can say "whats a cigarette?" jkick1991 1 year ago
ReformKyCannabis 1 year ago
You gotta look at it this way. Both sides are being paid to make their product look good, in the end you have to look at the statistics of both sides. When you put them side by side, marijuana is the safer product.
DragonsFire78 1 year ago
@DragonsFire78 I understand what your saying but I dont think these non profit activist groups like SAFER have huge employee lists and spend nothing to hire anyone. Most are there for free working to change these failed policies. Failed policies that have a part in every issue we face today and it effects everyone, pot smoker or not. It has changed the way cops deal with citizens, they use to serve citizens now they hunt us. 73yrs of prohibition, 800,000+ arrests a year and we've learned what?
ReformKyCannabis 1 year ago
If weed gets legalized my ass is movin' to Cali. Fuck some alcohol man. Been 21 for almost a year now and still haven't got drunk. You know why? 'Cause alcohol is re-fuckin'-tarded. My opinion? Alcohol and Marijuana should swap places in the legal system.
Knotingham 1 year ago 10
@Knot, You have it right, if we were truly looking to keep people and kids safe we would look at the deaths caused by alcohol and tobacco 150,000 and then the deaths because of cannabis 0. The proof is right there. We chance death every day, taking an Advil or driving to work, by flying or bunggie jumping, we chance death in many daily activities, yet we dont make them illegal and lock people up who ride a 4wheeler over the weekend, it makes no sense! Test for impairment, not use! Yes on 19

wreckroom13 1 year ago
@KripDrip Well, there are carcinogens in some of our consumer products, thanks to our lovely government system. I can't remember which ones, but I seen it in a documentary on marijuana. I need to look into that further. Also, it's proven that tobacco causes diseases, for example: emphysema. Emphysema CAN be caused by deficiency, air pollution, or aging, but it's rare. The majority of cases are caused by smoking TOBACCO! You can't tell me it doesn't kill people. This is coming from a smoker...

SmileNow2 1 year ago
@crsk8andsno56 SAFER is a Non-Profit, I dont think they have the funds to pay anyone. Thats been the whole reason pot isnt legalized yet, there isnt any money on the reform side to lobby to change these laws. The profit from drug cartels is not funding legalization. In fact thats why the only states or most that have medical laws or decrim is due to Voter Propositions, most states dont have that choice and have to wait years for legislators to act, if they ever do or ever will.
WhistlersBrother 1 year ago 2
World history lesson right here no one has never died off of smoking so much like overdosing it is simply impossible to overdose off of weed you would have to smoke 15 pounds under 20 minutes and you would just die off of not having enough oxygen. I have carried my friend when he was drunk to the hospital because he was dieing of alcohol poisoning if that doesn't get your fucking attention what else will.

Oh, and weed cures cancer. No big deal.
