UFO Stage 5 has started to become my favorite stage to play through, out of all the Touhou games. I think it's a cross between Shou's theme (which practically radiates power), and the flashy laser and sound effects. "Bzzz - bzzz - bzzz~..."

At the very least, most of Shou's attacks are possible without spending hours on practice mode, unlike Kanako, and even Unzan.

I mean, I need more practice for Stage 4, it's just a bunch of death walls with random bullets all over the screen. I want to chain UFOs, but I couldn't do it at all.

EVERYONE in Japan played it through with Sanae B

so anything that spreads is good. homing is better, but you don't want to suck at boss fights(especially for bosses like Syou and Ichirin)

From what I've experienced, Syou's 3rd spell card (the spinning lasers of doom) is pretty much impossible to capture with a concentrated shot type, but it's possible to time it out. I've done it with MarisaA.

BTW I find the small yellow lasers harder than the big green.
