battier may not be able to score like lebron and kobe but the reason why he is a very crucial person to the rockets is b/c of his phenomenal defense and other intangibles. You don't have to be a great scorer to be a great basketball player, other players contribute in other ways to become great and shanes way is a winning way.

lol, the Rockets had the youngest team like 3 years ago, doesn't last long.
we won more games this year, our season is still going.
a lot of our players aren't old. aaron brokes, landry, lowry, wafer...

the blazers won more games than houston did this year! we had one more win then you houston. & kobe is old and good but, houston's veterans are old and decent. not great. i hate houston but, don't get me wrong i love aaron brooks! he was one of my favorite players at the university of oregon. i just wish he was on the blazers. he even said he wanted to get drafted by the blazers. now he is stuck in nasty houston.

Joel is not a fucking flopper, when I heard that I was shocked. Joel is one of the best defender's in the NBA, I don't know how many times Barkley's given Joel credit for being an amazing Center on TNT after games. Joel just doesn't get the help he needs and that's where Portland needs to step up. Houston isn't a threat at all to Portland, well let me say that differently. Yeah Scola is a flopper and a crybaby. To be fair though, we do pull crap like that in Portland. I was there for game one and the crowd was chanting Houston Sucks. Also, in the LA games we like to chant "Fuck L.A."

The technical they called on Pryzbilla was garbage, Yao had to slap the shit out of someone repeatedly to get called, and Scola got a lot of BS calls when he was charging and flopping. Just so you know though, shane battier has kept roy in check for the majority of the season, before game 2 roy averages a 39% FG percentage when guarded by the rockets and thats mainly due to the work of shane and artest but mostly... shane
