My Arc wouldnt even last that long the battery is shocking, everytime my phone has a call I have to take out the battery... I wish you folk at sony just buy me out my contract because your phone is shocking! It's slower than my iPhone 3G which was very slow :(:(

I updated my phone too 2.3.4 but surprise surprise sony ericsson doesnt support mac so i had to go find a pc just to update my phone however it hasnt helped my shocking battery life and the fact that i have to take my battery out to reset my phone whenever a phonecall is made, i dont think its fair i have todo that :( however the home screen slow response has gotten better but the loading of anything hasnt. however thanks for getting back to me :)

I had problems with my sony k850i .. and there was thousands dissatisfied customers, We had petition, asking for update. There was hundreds of participants, who wrote reviews and opinions why we need new software.. Nobody helped us, and from sony we always got that"....update your software..." even if we had newest and last one.. So ye, honestly I though someone is mocking dissatisfied person.. then I saw who replied...

However, due to lack of sufficient RAM, this phone literally starts crawling whenever I open and close a number apps. Everything about this phone is great, except for the amount of RAM, which is such a big disappointment when similar specs phones like HTC Desire HD with slightly more RAM perform MUCH better. You would know the difference when you use the phone for an hour or so with some multitasking..

I'm not trying to diss smartphones but this is just my opinion of how smartphones have greatly changed our lives.
