no. you will restart at the last checkpoint and continue as if you have never died. I have actually experienced a "glitch" i guess is the best way of putting it where when I load a checkpoint, i take a step forward if I was moving to get the checkpoint

holy crap i always accidentally start to do achievements, like in half life 2 i found a garden gnome under a piece of wood and i vowed to take him through the whole game with me, only to later realize that there is an achievement for taking that same garden gnome up to the level where dr. kleiner and dr. mossman launch the rocket and put the gnome inside of it. and in cod 4, i tried to find all he tv's and shoot them, and now i realize there's an achievement for THAT too.

When i was trying rooster's tutorial I failed and couldn't get all the TVs before the mission ended, lol.

But in this tutorial i did just what you did, and I got the achievement at the first try on THIS tutorial. Didn't miss a single TV.

All the TVs you destoryed before your last checkpoint will stay destoryed and you don't need to go back for them, otherwise yes.

Yes you can, as long as the TV's are broken, it's fine. However, it doesn't count of Griggs turns off the TVs, I think

i knew ehh, the same thing happened to me.i think you do need to start on Blackout cuz the achievement says "Destroy all T.V's showing Al'Asad's speech but they didn't say to only destroy the ones on Charlie don't surf so I think you do need to start on Blackout.
