  • Good thing your cameraman hasn't joined a film makers union (yet). You wouldn't be able to work her so hard! :D

  • @dprider02 Yeah haha. I won't tell her about unionism for as long as possible. That way I can milk it for all it's worth! :)

  • LOL Your daughter makes a great cameraman... err sorry camerawoman. :D

No idea what the original problem was with the gear?

  • @RC62 Tanks, she's always walking around the house videoing something or someone (usually herself!) i have no idea why it didn't wok initially. I just hope it still works for our airshow..5000 people would be disappointed otherwise. :)

  • Really nice flying. :) Now yoiu have to practice doing the straight climb to 180 rotation/straight dive maneuver they always did on the show. :)

  • @thecadman22 I'll have to watch clips from the show to get it right. :)

  • So you going to put some rockets in the back, like the one from the tv show? LOL,JK!!!

  • @pulse0000 If I owned it, it would be a possibility. mwahaha

  • What a beautiful helicopter.. Really awesome..

  • @chowmonkey2002 Thanks for that. They are a beautiful looking machine.

  • Nice job there BB. Is that the align fuselage? If it is I have the same one for my 500 which is on the bench being rebuilt now from a crash. Once I get it rebuilt then I am putting the 222 fuse on it and will get some video of it... I am going to put the servo retarder on it so the gear goes up and down slowly. I have always loved the Airwolf and cant wait to get it on the 500!!!

    "Double Thumbs Up" Don

  • @vegashelinut Hey Don. I'm not sure if it's Align or Heliartist. I'll ask the owner. If it was mine I would re-do the gear to include up & down locks. When the servo is unpowered, the gear collapses. Servo slow is a great, scale idea..I have it on my Spitfire's flaps. The 222 looks beautiful!

  • Nice work and excellent landing - they are sleek hey. We tend to be a bit more careful with the scale birds. Your cameraman/girl/younglady/person needs a coffee I think, she's got the shakes. (or a work out). :-)

Now do like me and buy a mCPX - heaps of fun. Good in wind. That will test you out. Mine arrived today! And go and have a look on youtube at some Airwolf Jet Turbine scale models - WOW!

  • @KWAKAPILOT Thanks mate. I think she was in "milkshake withdrawals" (she's only 9) :)

I WANT a. mCPX!!! I've only heard good things about them. The turbine jobs are awesome.
