Cool. The isolation at 1:20 is a trick I believe I made up, its basically a regular one handed isloation with the 2nd hoop on my wrist keeping the momentum, the trickiest part is getting into it, these days I like to do it from two hoops going in opposite directions.

Nice 5 beat weave btw, I can do the 3 beat with hoops, but never attempted the 5...especially in such close quarters
