I've used this stuff for 6 months straight. I'll tell you it works very well.

You do get really hot, and sometimes if you take more than your body can handle you get like a burning sensation. It feels weird when you rub your face in like a towell. haha>

Im currently stacking nano and halo. you wont regret it. i was getting built up on nano and when i started stacking halo, my bench went from 185 8reps with 225 being my max and nafter 1 week on halo too, im pushin up 225 6x! it works! ill be on them both for the next 12 weeks then im gonna cycle off for about a month. also make sure ur taking in protein. ur muscles will get nowhere without it. protein is more important than any other supplement, but make sure you eat protein too not just sups.
