I just have a question about the "beurr blanc" sauce. Is it really a beurr blanc sauce without the shallots? or is it more of a "cream sauce"? I would also like to know where this restaurant is b/c I LOVE the look of this dish (minus the asparagus......ick) and would like to taste the "authentic Johnny Steakhouse" preparation instead of my own. :)
