When your body gives you message by telling you something hurts, it's best to stop. Don't worry taking short breaks won't diminish the benefits of your routine. Hi, remember to practice proper form which means using your stomach muscles to lift you. Be sure you are pressing the small of your back into the floor to lift you off the floor. Support your head with your hands and you should be able to place your closed fist between your chin and chest that will ensure that you have your head in the proper position. You should be looking up at the ceiling. Situps actually do work your neck muscles, so you may need to start slow while you strengthen them.

My personal favorite is Simply Jif - it has less sugar and salt. I also love natural peanut butter which is fresh ground and I buy that at a local market near me. It's just ground up peanuts, nothing else and it's chunky and crunchy. I love it. You can buy natural peanut butters at most healthy food stores.
