Good job I like the creativity and thought behind the decisions. It should have had before shots of inside the town house in order to compare the final product to something. Maybe a quick comparison at the end as a wow factor (The inside use to look like that! kind of effect)

If you have more then two dollars in your bank account and you want to renovate your home you would be crazy not to hire Sanchez. Seriously love the design of the home, everything for the floors to the back splash in the kitchen. The flow of this home bringa great energy vibe, definately something i would want to live in....
