Brought tears to my eyes on my last UMASS Band Day as a Senior in High School. Brought tears to my eyes when George Parks passed. Still brings tears to my eyes to this day.
I have been to many of band days with my kids who had the honor of playing for mr.Parks only if for a few songs. My kids and I loved being there and feeling a part of it as did so many other high school kids and parents. Thank you and what an honor Mr. Parks. You will never be forgotten. RIP
