@rodgazinya , With regards to how dumb the American public is: I have known folks new to America who threw used toilet paper in the trash can, not aware it could be flushed down the toilet. We can all find things of which we are ignorant, the question is "Do you admit it and seek teaching, or do you hide and stay ignorant?"

@ellis789100 You see it alot where cars were from a one plate state originally. I've seen cars with the plate drilled to the side of the bumper and they work themselves loose.
