In a 3 vs 1, you wouldn't want to use the B button. The melee is great for 1 vs 1's, but if you do melee in a 3 vs 1, one opponent is stunned, your still recovering from melee and there are two guys with shotguns out. Bad idea.

The only time I get 2 pieced is on a laggy connection (when I cant get away or get hit by very far away) or when I get too close, miss my one shot and dont roll away fast enough. If your gonna get in close enough to melee expect it to happen,you dont have to be that close to one shot.
