The beginning definitely sounds like Tommy'e rendition of Granados', 'Spanish Dance No6' and the Israeli guitarists,Yoram Zerbib & Oded Shoub, make it sound pretty good but they could take some lessons from Tommy on how to play harmonics and how not to hit bum notes. The second part sounds at the start like a variation of the first part, played in the style of an Irish/Bluegrass tune.
@pedrojewell do you happen to know what that means in English? I learned that first piece almost thirty years ago from an Irish fiddler who called it 'The Spanish Shawl'.
@neilsm100 'fallaing' is an irish word for cloak or mantle (so that could be shawl as well) and usually when you stick an 'ín' at the end of a word it means a smaller version of the thing. 'Muimhneach' means 'of munster'. Add grammar to that - "An Fhallaingín Mhuimhneach" translates to "The Munster Cloak". 'The Spanish Cloak' is another name for it according to The Session.org
@pedrojewell I was wondering how the word 'Spanish' managed to find it's way into the possible names for this tune and interestingly I came across a recording of Spanish Dance number 6 by the composer Granados, played by two guitarists which has a very similar melody at the start.... you can hear it on youtube but I think I'm not allowed to post a link - just put 'E. Granados: Spanish Dance No.6 Yoram Zerbib & Oded Shoub' into the search engine here though, have a listen and see what you think.

I love this tune myself but have no idea what it's called. He played it together with the Mairtin O' Connor trio as well, you can check it from my favorites. It's the one called "tommy emmanuel's concert 6th nov"
I can't seem to post the link here for some reason.
I love how into this he is. I can only imagine how difficult it is to play that with all the heart he plays it with...

The Aussie virtuoso flatpicks Irish fiddle tunes better than most actual Irish guitarists, typical! Anything he can't do?
