There are many Russians of German descent in Saratov, Russia. They are real Germans, not Jewish Germans. Their ancestors were encourage to emigrate during Catherine the Great's rule.

"one of the main obstacles for these people to integrate and find a job is the German language"...wait..wat? The language is piss easy to learn, one year and you can speak it very good...five more years and you speak it pretty perfect.
