Good points, but so many of the original hood scoops go rotten. I'm lucky - 1972 455 T/A, all nice and original bodywork. However all mechanicals modernised for a better ride. (see my homepage).

its only revving that fast cause he either has a triple disc clutch in it (very unlikley), or the torque converter isnt bolted up... the latter is my best guess. either way nothing is dragging that motor.. tach's like a bike

@ThaSweKillah what do you mean not different! they r nowhere near the same car. Maybe the new gens but not in the musclecar era when cars were cars. They have some similar panels but thats it. Sway bars are different suspensions are different, the motors (No Comparison, pontiac won that hands down) were different, and over all styling and bulid quality were different. Ask any pontiac man like myself and they will tell u the same thing.
