If you read the Bible, my friend, in Matthew you would find EXAMPLE after EXAMPLE where it says 'that is might be fulfilled by the prophets...' and you can GO TO the prophet AND FIND IT. Not so Sura 61.6

Compare this the "authors" of the bible. No credibility in that.
@Texas75023 we do not get any last names, names of their son, their parrents, in a hadith it can say "Hurarya son of Abu Ahmed from Saleh son af Idris" and so on, it can be traced all the way back to the prophet (salAllahu aleyhi wa sallam) with documents, like people who know the Qur'an by heart to day have been taught this from people who learned from people who learned ect. directly from the prophet.

I have a question for you friend. As a muslim you do not accept Jesus as the Christ or His deity, however you do accept that He was immaculately concieved (born to a virgin). If He was born to a virgin He was obviously not a mere man as Mohmmed was. How do you in your faith explain that contradiction away?
The word that is pointed out to be Mohammad in this verse is the Hebrew the word mahamaddim, when spoken this word sounds similar to the name Mohammad. But in reality in the Hebrew language means delights, delightfulnesses & not Mohammad. Later, different Quran were hidden in the Mosque in Yemen and discovered in 1972 during a restoration project. The texts of the Qurans found was different from what you have to day and naively hold as a 'perfectly preserved' copy.

@altforfit My friend, Jesus never said the word 'Mohammed' and never spoke of a PROPHET to come after him. I know this will sound harsh, but Sura 61.6 is just false. Mohammed needed to claim credentials, so he said he was spoken of. But his words are empty because they cannot be confirmed.
If you read the Bible, my friend, in Matthew you would find EXAMPLE after EXAMPLE where it says 'that is might be fulfilled by the prophets...' and you can GO TO the prophet AND FIND IT. Not so Sura 61.6

The word that is pointed out to be Mohammad in this verse is the Hebrew the word mahamaddim, when spoken this word sounds similar to the name Mohammad. But in reality in the Hebrew language means delights, delightfulnesses & not Mohammad. Though Muslims need to find Muhammad mentioned because the Qur'an claims so, the Song of Songs is neither part of the Torah or the Gospel, so that this verse wouldn't help at all to satisfy this demand of the Qur'an even if it were to speak about Muhammad.

Are we talking prophetic context? in that case I would say yes it refers to the Prophet Muhammad SAW however ifwe are tlaking in a black and white dialogue between lovers then its context is dialogue not prophecy. I think it also depends on your view and knowledge of both Islam and judeo-Christianity

Muslims are ALL liars, They say,'' such erotic language as in Song of Solomon, is unworthy of the Word of God, but it is a prophecy of Muhammad nevertheless.'' Islam is full of hypocrisy.
A further problem is that even though Muslims need to find Muhammad mentioned because the Qur'an claims so, the Song of Songs is neither part of the Torah nor the Gospel, so that this verse wouldn't help at all to satisfy this demand of the Qur'an even if it were to speak about Muhammad.

IN the PSlams of David in Hebrew it refers to Achmed the name of Muhammad (SAW) Muhammad is also from the name ahmed/achmed meaning the "praised one" "loved one"...
