For everyone who wondering why CNBLUE sang this song in English, its because this is their 2009 Japan album.

U clicked on CNBLUE Japan album video not CNBLUE Korean album video

During that time, their japanese still aren't that good. The picked english as main language of their album, as Japanese would understand English more than Korean lang.

Maybe CNBLUE will remake this song into Korean lang. Y,Why was also originally in English.
