I'm really upset that Zoda never dies, or gets arrested, or loses his memory, or turns good, or anything. They just take out Black Shadow and then leave Zoda to continue to be bad guy. I mean, Black Shadow is the main villain at all, but Zoda is the reason Ryu/Rick became an F-Zero racer, and the guy even has nightmares about him. He's too important to leave with no resolution!
@tifforo1 I know it's 3 years late but I had to reply. I thought that Zoda would/should die also. I'm happy the others survived (Octoman, Bio Rex, etc) and wonder what their allegiance is after the last episode but seeing Zoda appearing was a big WTF moment. I had the same reaction as Baba and Skull.
It's something that I always found amusing in the F-Zero games. All of the characters were racerar drivers, which is a cool job, the sort of thing little boys grow up dreaming to be, but on top of that, they all had other amazing occupations as well. So that they were both racecar drivers, and things like bounty hunters, pop stars, superheroes, pirates, etc.

the only sader love story is titanic, dang this story is really sad, and I cant understand japanese
