His name is Noctis Lucis Caelum. He is a prince. I believe he is cross over of Cloud and Sora from Kingdom Hearts

@oneaznbmf its being made by the same people who made FFVII Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts also noctis has more sword things than cloud if you look closely
