This is bullshit, There's a street in Bluefield, WV USA that is MUCH steeper. I don't remember it's name, I haven't been there in about 30 years , Going for a reunion next year and will post video. It's got to be at least ten to twenty degrees steeper. It's only about a block long though. If you drive it, you feel that your car is about to flip end over end. Very frightening.

@JQ10KA I doubt it's 10 to 20 degrees steeper. Baldwin street averages 19 degrees at its steepest point, 10 to 20 degrees steeper would be steeper than most mountain trails.
