@Vindrag oh so double meaning! that would make sense as the lyrics are obviously about cocaine and koko is an abbreviation of cocaine it's like she's saying to do cocaine is stupid, as she explains the experience through the rest of the song!

i figured the title is a play on the word 'cocaine' and she is singing about cutting it up (sharp as teeth and stars) and how she loves it (i can't give you up) and then the 'soon be nothing of this world' describes the feeling of the (fake)over-confident high she is about to be getting..just a guess...but seems to make the most sense..
