In 1v1 she's not good at killing things by herself. Rylai is very fragile and if she's targeted by strong hero's like Chaos Knight or Lion, she's dead. She's mostly supportive because of her very effective 3 abilities, Frostbite to lock someone into place, Frostnova to slow attack/movement speed and global mana regen.

Rylai is one of the most imba support heroes in the game because of her ridiculous mana regen aura. But getting kills with her is pretty hard unless ur in pub games with nubs.
