My friend, leave the review thing for someone more energetic. Leave this notebook on the table, don't keep shaking it in front of the camera. Another thing, turn your mobile off... Very amateur!
that screen bezel is HUGE compared to the x61...way to f*ck up lenovo...and why is there a sudden pressing need to put a webcam in?! there has never been a webcam on an X-series
What's the screen quality like? It has no LED backlighting apparently, so that is another disappointment, although I have heard that the X300 is quite poor compared to ones on VAIOs.
screen quality is pretty decent, at 200 nits. I'm not sure if it has LED or not. My documentation does not mention anything about LED, but it is very bright and crisp
It's not as thin as I was hoping. It looks thicker than my X31 and X40, and the screen bezel is awfully wide and ugly. I hope the X200s is going to be nice and thin. I was hoping for higher resolution than WXGA as well.
I thought I might get a netbook (MSI Wind probably), but getting this powerhouse for such a price is a steal. Only one thing - I used to be a fan of the ThinkPad design, but I think it is time to move a little bit further. I know it worked in 1996, it worked in 2006, but now let's try something at least slightly up to date.

Nice certificates... How prestigious and shi-shi foo-foo. Your nose isn't quite sticking up far enough though; gotta work on that.
I'll stick to my X60. Stupid trendy widescreens have no place on a business-class notebook. Thanks for killing the ThinkPad, Lenovo!!

I seriously find nothing wrong with widescreen... even for a business machine.

Almost the perfect laptop!
But, where is the digital video and audio output?
The screen bezel is pretty large, and the screen isn't led and is relatively low res.
I'll wait (again) and see what the next model brings before paying the premium that I do for a trackpoint.

Which is better? X200 or X61s?

X200 has Centrino 2 and widescreen, X61s uses a low voltage processor and a 4:3 screen.
