Those seriously into registered shooting may spend in excess of $10,000 a year when you consider the cost of travel, ammunition and shoot fees. You want the best equipment, the same can be said for many other sports Also, a big difference in a ten year old Chevy and a Mercedes. They both get you to your destination (hopefully)...
whats with all the fancy equipment? i dont really see any advantage in using all of that stuff, in fact one of the kids from my club using an 870 pump almost beat 2 boys from tennesee in an annie oakley competition who had $10,000 guns and he lost by shooting out of turn so it can be done without all that expensive equipment
